陳皮啤用上風乾15年以上的新會陳皮釀製而成, 並帶有陳皮獨有的清香, 尾韻柔甘, 配以美式Amber Ale為本, 加上低烘焙大麥帶有焦糖麥芽味，順滑口感，帶有清新柑橘的酒花香。 American Amber Ale brewed with aged more than fifteenyears Xinhui dried tangerine peels , toasty flavours with dried tangerine peelaroma, citrus and rich malt on the finish, smooth and creamy mouthfeel.
陳皮梅是歷史悠久《香港製造》的經典食品，我們為了令到陳皮啤的包裝能夠有一種上世紀香港懷舊的感覺。我們嘗試過很多種紙質，終於找回以前獨有的牛油雪梨紙，這種紙質的獨特性是不能用現在的電腦印刷技術，只可以用舊式的印刷技術，需要找回一些「老師傅」先起一個模，還要用差不多絕跡的舊式印刷機印製而成，向我們上一代的香港製造致敬。
